Pansy Note Card...

Hello and Welcome!
Happy Wednesday!
It's another day for a Heartfelt Creations share....and I'm loving the Burst of Spring Collection with all of it's gorgeous pansies!

...it is just the most adorable thing...

I've used Ranger Archival Ink - Jet Black to stamp all of the images and have then colored them using Stack and Store Daubers. You can find all of the details and colors listed in the instructions below if you're interested!

The 3D Pansy Shaping Mold made creating the gorgeous dimensional pansies and foliage quick and easy to create and get assembled, giving this little arrangement a beautiful dimensional look.
So cute and so very dainty!

Burst of Spring Sympathy Card...

Have you seen the new Burst of Spring Collection from Heartfelt Creations?
Come on in to my craft room, and let's have a look at this newest collection which
has stolen my heart!

For as long as I have been with Heartfelt Creations, I have secretly been hoping they would come out with a pansy collection...and now they have...and believe me, it does not disappoint!

This collection is absolutely perfect for every occasion, and I was super excited to use it for a Facebook LIVE.
I opted to design a Sympathy Card because so often people tell me that they have such trouble creating a sympathy card....but this design could easily be switched out for any occasion just by changing the sentiment!

So, the whole project started with this gorgeous piece of paper from the Burst of Spring Paper Collection!

 Burst of Spring Paper Collection

I cut it down to size to fit a 5" x 7" card base making sure I could use the top corner image for the card base. I then trimmed out that pretty strip with the decorative florals around it because I thought it was perfect for displaying the sentiment.

...here's a peek at how this Facebook LIVE project turned out...

If you're interested in a full video walk through...you can watch the LIVE replay here.

The pretty lace like die cuts that I've used as layering pieces come from one of the pocket accents die, and are so gorgeous when used as die cut elements...using them this way allows you more versatility for all of your decorative dies...they are perfect as pockets, as well as embellishment pieces.

A little mistake or "boo boo" along the way gave me the idea to add a third petal piece to the large pansy in the top floral cluster, as well as the mid sized pansy in the bottom floral cluster. They turn out looking like the larger pansies that you sometimes see in the garden.

Those gorgeous pansy sprays provide the perfect layering piece for your shaped pansies and foliage. The pansy shaping mold makes creating those beauties so quick and easy!

...and here's a close up of those gorgeous pansies...

A sprinkling of glitter and the card was completed!
Fast and easy...but with beautiful results...at least I hope you think so!

...as you can see by the photo below, I've really been enjoying playing around with the Burst of Spring Collection...

Over the next few weeks, I'll add each card separately in a blog post with full instructions with more photos for you!

Thanks so much for joining me during the LIVE, watching the replay, or just stumbling across this blog post and taking the time to check out this gorgeous collection!

Until next time...
